Our Story

In 2006, Brian Slanovich purchased an existing liquor store which had seen much diversity in the 50 years it was in existence. He and his wife, Kim, dug their heels in and transformed the very tired location into what you now know as Toast!, a boutique bottle shop that prides itself on premium customer service and quality beverages.

In 2020, Kim stepped into being the the sole owner after Brian's untimely passing. She and her amazing, knowledgeable staff have continued the store's legacy, focusing on excellent service and well-priced selections, making Toast! a local staple for over 17 years now.

 

While wine and food pairing is Toast!'s emphasis, Kim loves anything artisanal and has bulked up the scotch, bourbon, tequila and cordial selections to reflect her passion for quality and craftsmanship. The beer selections have grown as well, and Toast! now features over 100 craft, and micro selections.
